About the Job:
- Service areas include: Jordan, Shakopee, New Prague, Montgomery, Northfield, Elko New Market, Prior Lake, and Lakeville
- Full-Time positions ONLY
- Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
- Must be comfortable working independently
- No experience in house cleaning necessary – we will train and guide you along the way
- Hard work and motivation are a MUST!
- Reliable Phone
- House cleaning can be tiring: must be able to consistently lift 20 lbs, bend, kneel, and twist while performing the necessary cleaning duties throughout the day.
- Must be willing to provide criminal and background check
- Ability to work in a team or solo
- Drive to and from locations based on scheduling
- Clean reachable areas in houses or businesses with the use of a two-step ladder
- Keep equipment clean and always in ready-to-use conditions
- Attention to details
- Must be over the age of 21

My name is Kate Sloan, and I am the owner of Chicka Chicka Broom in Montgomery Minnesota. What started as a means to help me get through a transitional period in my life in 2011 has grown into my life purpose, and one of the most successful cleaning companies in the area. In my experience, I have learned the importance of team culture, positive work mindset, and work ethic. This allows us to know exactly what to look for, and to avoid when hiring our next rock star employee. This is where you come in! Because of our company's positive outlook, great work ethic, and excellent customer service we are in the fortunate position to add another teammate to our growing company. However, Chicka Chicka Broom doesn’t have an ordinary group of employees, we are a group that work just as hard for each other as we do for our company and ourselves.
